Mike MakDIRECTOR
Mike Mak is a degree holder in Engineering and Building Surveying. He has been practicing in the industry for over 18 years and is currently undergoing professional training as a qualified professional member in HKIS. Mike is experienced in project management involving renovation project and A&A project.
Samson TamDIRECTOR
Samson Tam completes his education in Aeronautical Engineering. He is responsible for technical services support for a portfolio of properties in Hong Kong. His main scope of work includes day-to-day technical team operation, E&M technical services problem solving, procurement and monitoring, technical advisory and project management.
John LamCO-FOUNDER
John Lam is the founder of “Kingclorence”. John is an Authorized Person registered under Buildings Ordinance and also is a Registered Professional Surveyor (Building Surveyor).
John has been practicing in the industry for over 20 years and have been enriched with wide range of experience both in Real Estate, Building Construction, Licensing Services, Condition Survey and Project Management.
